Bearcat Large US Warbird ARTF *** SOLD STC ***

Postby Ron Wylie » July 26th, 2017, 6:43 pm

I have aquired a large (82") US Navy Warbird in an ARTF kit. It appears to be all there, although there could be some small parts missing. Not sure who makes the kit and think its possibly a F8F Bearcat (I'm not good on ID's). It is made of a type of plastic, over wood and in very good condition with a couple of very small marks. Serious and realistic offers invited. (Could take to Elvington)

Discovered this is a KMP kit and the wingspan is 70.8" (forgot that the wings slide inside the fuzz !)

Confirmed by YT International that it is one of the earlier kits with composite wings.

Looking for offers in the region of £200 and if not sold will be taking it to Elvington

Yes there is a cowl (uncut) but not in the photographs. Here it is, all wrapped up.
