Help 1/3 scale sopwith pup motor

Hi guys doing some research on this project and getting some different info
we are looking to fit a Zenoah 62 with reduction drive is this what the dawn patrol fit and if so
where are the reduction drives available from,
any feedback will be appreciated.

Try Mick Reeves models. He does his reduction drive for the zg62.

the Zenoah 38 runs a Toni Clarke reduction gear. The 62 cc Zenoah is usually mated to the Mick Reeves reduction gear. Now the Dawn Patrol pups if fitted with reduction drive would be the 38cc with Toni Clark, but Roy Packer is building one with a 62 cc Zenoah fitted with a Schlundt reduction gear. all fly very well on the above combinations. if you decide to go direct drive, I have one with a Fuji 80 twin which is a delight to fly plenty of power when needed, but in saying that a DLE 85 or Zenoah 62 would fly them, the reduction gear is really to allow us to use a more sale size prop.
